(And if you have never stayed with us, why not add our cooking class to your new Moroccan experience and dazzle your friends at home?) We cater for all palates and special diets and are totally adaptable to suit your every need to ensure you enjoy the best of Moroccan cooking.

 

 

 

Option 1, Quick and tasty: simple dishes full of flavor for a light meal or snack.

Time: 1.5 hours. Cost: 300 Dhs.

Dishes: One tagine or two Moroccan salads, and our delicious olive flat bread.

Light lunch included.

 

 

 

Option 2, Dinari Dinner: three courses to create a wonderful Moroccan meal.

Time: 3 hours. Cost: 550 Dhs.

Dishes: Starter: Moroccan briouates or soup.

Main: Tajine or other main dish.

Dessert: Pastilla with milk and almonds.

Dinner included.

 

Option 3, A Day in the Kitchen: your chance to spend a full day learning the finer points of Moroccan cuisine.

Time: Full day. Cost: 900 Dhs.

Dishes: To include the above with the option of choosing from our varied menu to create your new favourite Moroccan lunch and dinner (both included)

 

 

 

Option 4, Special day pass for non-residents: your chance to join your friends, share a cooking experience, and relax beside our heated swimming pool.

Time: 1.5 hours (class time). Cost: 500 Dhs.

Dishes: as option 1(Quick and Tasty).
